Is There Anything Else I Should Know?

Yes, telehealth is a great option for people to use however there are a few basic rules to follow:
  • Make sure you are in a private space.
  • Turn any other device (such as tv or radio) off.
  • Try to make sure your face is well-lit.
  • Ensure you won’t be disturbed by other household members, including children and pets.
  • Be aware of your surroundings. If you don’t want the psych to see your kitchen, don’t have your consult in that room.
  • If you are concerned about others overhearing you, use headphones and discuss this with your treating psychologist.

Using

Below are the basic steps to get started :
  • Step-1

    Download PhysiApp from the App Store or Google Play (for free) or go to www.physiapp.com on your computer.

  • Step-2

    You will receive a program access code via email or SMS

  • Step-3

    Enter your access code in PhysiApp to get started.

FACETIME

If you are using FaceTime your Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist will call you via Facetime. Simply accept the call.
